„In der Ruhe liegt die Kraft“, „Geduld ist eine der größten Tugenden“ oder, wie es Buddha zugeschrieben wird: „The greatest prayer is patience“.
Sagt sich so leicht und nett dahin, aber wirklich geduldig zu sein, ist ganz schön herausfordernd und erfordert viel Arbeit.
Wobei der größte Kraftaufwand, sich in Geduld zu üben und darauf zu warten, dass ein bestimmtes Result eintritt oder etwas Realität wird, was man sich vorgenommen oder gewünscht hat, dabei nicht das Festhalten an etwas, sondern das Loslassen ist.
Das Vertrauen zu finden, dass die Zeit für einen arbeitet. Dass sich genau das zeigen wird, was für einen bestimmt ist. Und das genau dann, wenn es am meisten Sinn macht. Eine krasse Vertrauens- und Geduldsprobe, die sich aber so sehr lohnt und vor allem so viel Stress von uns wegnehmen kann.
In meinem Leben hat es oft viele Jahre gedauert, die ich geduldig aber stets mit Zuversicht durchschreiten musste, bis bestimmte Dinge dann letztendlich so eingetreten sind und zu dem emotionalen Relief geführt haben, auf den ich oft gehofft habe. Sei es in Beziehungen mit den Eltern, mit Arbeitskollegen*innen, mit Freunden oder mit einem selbst.
Manchmal sind es auch Wege auf denen man sich im Leben wiederfindet, die auf den ersten Blick mal so gar keinen Sinn machen, sich nach einiger Zeit als die besten Pfade rausstellen, die sich hätten auftun können. Oft gehen wir solche Wege total gestresst und zerbrechen uns den Kopf über das Wieso, Weshalb, Warum und kommen doch oft an den Punkt, wo sich der Grund und Sinn des Ganzen entfaltet. Und dann ist da dieses Gefühl von: „Ach, die Sorgen hätte ich mir sparen können und mich dem Prozess in Vertrauen und Geduld hingeben können.“ ✨
